Thanks very much! But there is a trojan in the patch. Bitdefender and Emsisoft Anti-Malware found: Gen:Trojan.Heur.JP.hmGfaWgrfUo and Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Delf!E2

The patch file for this program definitely shows to have a trojan as assessed by over a dozen different online multi-scanners, such as jotti's:
